Incubead offers a high-level business-building service designed for fitness creators, influencers, and entrepreneurs who already have an audience but are not yet fully monetized. Our service includes the planning, design, and implementation of monetization systems such as Skool communities, high-ticket offers, automation tools, and growth strategies. This is a done-for-you partnership, not a course or coaching program.

Eligibility

Our services are only available to individuals who are at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements. Additionally, applicants must already have an active audience on social media, YouTube, podcasts, or similar platforms. If you do not meet these criteria, please refrain from applying.

Application and Onboarding

Submitting an application to partner with us does not guarantee acceptance. We carefully evaluate every applicant based on factors such as audience size, niche, engagement, and business potential. If selected, you’ll be invited to proceed to a call or onboarding process where we’ll determine mutual fit and outline the scope of the partnership.

Payment Terms

Specific pricing, terms, and deliverables are shared only after your application is approved and we’ve determined a good fit. Payments may be structured through one-time fees, performance-based compensation, or other mutually agreed arrangements. All financial commitments will be clearly outlined in writing and must be honored once accepted.

Intellectual Property

All materials, systems, and frameworks provided by Incubead.com, including content, strategies, automation processes, and backend assets, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement. You are not permitted to replicate, modify, resell, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without our explicit written permission.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality. Any non-public information disclosed by either party, including business strategies, personal or financial data, and proprietary systems, must not be shared, duplicated, or disclosed to third parties without express consent unless required by law.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate service access at any time if a user violates these Terms, acts in bad faith, fails to cooperate during onboarding, or otherwise breaches agreements made post-acceptance. Termination of service does not void any outstanding payment obligations previously agreed upon.

While we are committed to helping you scale your business, Incubead makes no guarantees regarding specific income levels, business outcomes, or success. Your results will depend on your niche, audience engagement, and level of participation. We do not offer legal, accounting, or financial advice under any circumstances.

Limitation of Liability

Incubead.com will not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. This includes but is not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or loss of data.
